Viewing was arranged for the next day, and their deductions for minor wear and tear were very fair. They even accommodated my request to keep the car for an extra two weeks. Payment was prompt, I got a deposit right upon confirming the price, and the remaining balance was transferred on collection day. Process was simple and smooth. Secondly, the car was well presentable and clean. Test drive area was convenient. Location bright and airy. Next, Vision motors has a dedicated workshop and a renowned servicing centre partner for warrenty. The car was sent for another final check after my confirmation. Fauzi followed up on it and did a final test drove with me again before completing the purchase at my location. Lastly, after taking over the car, Fauzi and team was still very prompt and lively to my queries. Great after sales service! Btw, everyone at Vision motors showroom were friendly and cool. The price offered was reasonable, and he even came to my place personally to inspect the car. What I really appreciated was his flexibility. On the day of collection, we were supposed to meet at 1pm, but due to some hiccups on my end, I had to postpone the timing to 3pm. Roy kindly accommodated the change by rearranging his schedule, which I’m very grateful for. On top of that, he also helped me source a ceramic coating specialist for my car, which was an unexpected bonus. Overall, I felt very at ease dealing with him throughout the process.
